How Are We Doing?
Knowing that what we do is appreciated and helping to make your life easier means a great deal to us. And while tipping our cleaning staff is certainly not expected or required, we are always very grateful to those customers who do. But just as much appreciated is when someone leaves a note of thanks or feedback on how we’re doing, and any specific issues or details we should be aware of, no matter how small. This is especially true for those customers that we don’t have a chance to see during our visit.
What’s the Custom?
When our customers do leave us a tip, it’s typically around 10% to 15% of the cleaning fee or some small gift at each visit or an end-of-year “bonus”. Also, it’s common for most customers to leave something extra whenever the day’s cleaning is particularly heavy or involves some special request.
